5 years agoMinnesota Wild center Eric Staal had a very productive night on Thursday with three points against the Sharks, scoring the team's second goal in an eventual 6-5 defeat and handing out two assists. Luke Kunin also had a multi-point night for Minny with one goal and one assist. Staal had a very rough ride at the start of the year, but he's been rolling nicely in recent weeks, putting together a six-game point streak and collecting 13 points in total across the last nine games. However, with the Wild struggling, Staal rarely ends the game with a positive plus/minus and he's a minus-nine for the year, so it's not all sunshine and roses if you own him.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
