6 years agoMilwaukee Brewers first baseman Eric Thames (thumb) has been activated off the 10-day disabled list. However, will not start on Monday against the Chicago Cubs. Thames will most likely get a pinch-hit opportunity after Travis Shaw. However, Thames should not be expected to get more than two at-bats in the game. With Jesus Aguilar proving himself since Thames got injured, Thames' playing time will be dramatically reduced, and he should only be owned in deeper formats for his power. He's likely to sit against most left-handed pitchers.--Caden Inaba
