3 years agoWashington Nationals starting pitcher Erick Fedde didn't have his best outing Friday, to say the least, allowing six runs on three hits and four walks in just 1 1/3 innings en route to his seventh loss of the season. He struck out one batter. This performance alone raised Fedde's season ERA from 4.59 to 5.32, and Fedde's now lost his last three decisions. Fantasy managers who grabbed Fedde during his hot streak have reaped the rewards, but it may be time to look to other options, especially given that he's only struck out 60 batters in his 66 innings.--Doug Goldring - RotoBaller
