6 years agoMinnesota Twins right-hander Ervin Santana (finger) got good news a week after leaving a rehab start early after feeling discomfort in his finger. Santana was examined this week by the same doctor who performed the surgery on his right middle finger in February and no further damage was found. There's a chance Santana could resume throwing as early as Thursday. The setback last week does cloud Santana's estimated return to the mound, however. He might not return to a big league mound until July.--Matt T - RotoBaller
