7 years agoMinnesota Twins starting pitcher Ervin Santana (finger) will have three platelet-rich plasma injections in his middle finger and will not pitch again this year. Santana's 2018 season has been defined by his finger injury. He got off to a late start to the season and was terrible in his five starts, posting an 8.03 ERA, 1.62 WHIP and 16 strikeouts over 24 2/3 innings.
