2 years agoSan Diego Padres outfielder Esteury Ruiz is in the starting lineup for the second straight day. The 23-year-old made his MLB debut on Tuesday with a two hit performance. He'll bat ninth and play left field against right-hander Chad Kuhl on Wednesday. Between two leagues, Ruiz has 13 homers and 60 stolen bases this season in the minors. Clearly, the Padres want Ruiz to be in the lineup on a regular basis. That being said, fantasy managers should check the waiver wire and see if Ruiz is available.
