Eugenio Suarez Homers In Fifth Straight
6 years agoThe home run onslaught continued for Cincinnati Reds third baseman Eugenio Suarez on Friday as he launched a second-inning offering from Philadelphia Phillies starter Nick Pivetta over the fence for a solo shot. The home run on Friday gives Suarez a long ball in five straight games, tying a Reds team record and gives him 24 overall on the season. In all, Suarez is hitting .305 with a .977 OPS, 56 runs, and 79 RBI in what has been a breakout year. He will look to set a new club record with a homer in six straight games on Saturday as he takes on Phillies starter Vincent Velasquez. Suarez is a must-play in all fantasy formats while he's on fire at the plate.
