3 years agoCincinnati Reds third baseman Eugenio Suarez isn't starting on Saturday. The Reds will take on the St. Louis Cardinals and right-handed starter Miles Mikolas but will do so with Suarez on the bench. The veteran is batting .177 with a .266 on-base percentage and 26 home runs in 508 plate appearances this season. Mike Moustakas is hitting sixth and starting in Suarez's place at third base against the Cardinals. In 182 plate appearances this season, the 32-year-old is batting .208 with a .291 on-base percentage and six home runs.
