5 years agoNew York Giants tight end Evan Engram was silent again on Monday. Ever since Engram has come back from his MCL injury, he just hasn’t been as productive. He finished the loss to Dallas with six catches for 48 yards on eight targets. Much of his lack of high-end success can be attributed to Daniel Jones’ inconsistency and the Giants’ conservative approach, but Engram simply hasn’t shown the dynamic athleticism that was on display last year. He’s still locked into a large role in an offense that will be playing from behind, so he remains on the radar as a back-end TE1, but both he and OJ Howard were miscast as game-changers for fantasy teams this year.--Eric Samulski - RotoBaller
