Evan Engram Remains Limited Friday
3 years agoNew York Giants tight end Evan Engram (calf) remained limited in Friday's practice. The 27-year-old was a game-time decision in Week 7 against the Carolina Panthers but ended up playing. He caught six of eight targets for 44 yards in Sunday's win over Carolina. There are teams expressing interest in acquiring Engram by the trade deadline, his days in New York could be numbered. The Ole Miss product has only 20 catches on 29 targets for 171 yards and no touchdowns through five games this season. Fantasy managers should monitor Saturday's injury report, but the Giants' tight end is considered questionable for Monday Night Football against the Kansas Chiefs. The Chiefs defense ranks 21st in DVOA against the opposing teams' tight end. Engram is a mid-range TE2 if active in a plus matchup in Week 8.
