Evan Engram Should Produce If Healthy For Week 1
6 years agoNew York Giants tight end Evan Engram appears to be on track to play Week 1 against the Jaguars. Engram suffered a concussion during the preseason but his recent participation in practice puts him on track to suit up. Engram caught 64 passes for 722 yards and six touchdowns last season as a rookie and became the most consistent force in the Giants passing game last season. The team added even more weapons in the offseason and Engram could easily become a top-5 tight end by season's end. He will have a tough matchup Week 1 against a Jaguars defense that allowed the fourth fewest fantasy points to opposing tight end's in 2017. Week 1 may not produce the results that fantasy owners are hoping for, but Engram should be a threat in the passing game all season long.
