6 years agoHouston Astros designated hitter Evan Gattis hit his 25th home run of the season in the Astros 9-1 win over the Twins. Gattis has been scuffling at the plate recently and had not had an RBI since August 20. Gattis is hitting .196 over his last 92 at-bats and was slugging only .373 over his last 15 games played. The veteran slugger enjoyed a great finish to the first half of the season but has recently lost playing time to a streaking Tyler White. Gattis still has an outside chance at 30 home runs this season and his power numbers are the only thing keeping him on fantasy rosters at this point.--Joey C - RotoBaller
