2 years agoSan Francisco Giants third baseman Evan Longoria (hamstring) has been activated from the 10-day injured list on Monday. The veteran infielder missed two weeks due to a Grade 1 hamstring strain. However, Longoria is back and playing third base and batting fourth against lefty Blake Snell on Monday. The expectation is that Longoria will continue getting a bulk of the playing time at third base down the stretch of the season.
