7 years agoSan Francisco Giants third baseman Evan Longoria (hand) is hoping to return from the disabled list over the weekend. He feels like he needs more minor league at-bats, and he was also hit by a pitch in the arm on Sunday. Longo has been out since early June, so he could probably use the extra at-bats to get his timing back. The former Ray is batting .246 with 10 home runs and 34 RBI on the year and remains relevant in deep mixed leagues.
