3 years agoSan Francisco Giants third baseman Evan Longoria (vaccine) was placed on the COVID-19 injured list on Sunday, according to Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle. Slusser reports that his placement is vaccine related, as it is believed that he is dealing with side effects from a booster shot, as he had previously received the vaccine. This shouldn't keep him out of action for too long, and he could be ready to return in time for the start of the Giants' upcoming series with the Mets.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
