2 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers relief pitcher Evan Phillips earned his second save of the season Friday, setting down all three batters he faced in a 2-1 victory over the Miami Marlins. Phillips has been a revelation all season, with a 1.31 ERA, 0.75 WHIP and 56 strikeouts in 48 innings. Manager Dave Roberts has shown patience through closer Craig Kimbrel's struggles, but if a change were to be made, Phillips would be the primary candidate to be used in save situations, making him a strong speculative value in most formats.--Doug Goldring - RotoBaller
