4 years agoSeattle Mariners first baseman Evan White (hamstring) is back in the starting lineup Tuesday, batting in the eighth spot. After missing three straight games with a hamstring strain, White came on as a defensive replacement Sunday night. He'll be dropped in the lineup to eighth Tuesday, and it remains to be seen if this is a more permanent change. White has scuffled to start the year with only three hits in 23 at-bats, and a lasting switch to the bottom of the order will do nothing for his fantasy value.--Doug Goldring - RotoBaller
