3 years agoSan Jose Sharks winger Evander Kane has been suspended for 21 games for an established violation of, and lack of compliance with, the NHL/NHLPA COVID-19 protocols. He will be eligible to return on Nov. 30 against New Jersey. Kane recorded 49 points in 56 games last year and he'll be a big missing piece for the Sharks. Fantasy managers who took a chance on him in the draft won't be happy, either. Kane, who has gone through all sorts of personal problems, promised to clean up his act. "When my suspension is over, I plan to return to the ice with great effort, determination, and love for the game of hockey," Kane added in a statement.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
