5 years agoSan Jose Sharks left wing Evander Kane scored his third career hat trick on Sunday against Washington, but his efforts weren't enough as the team took a 5-4 loss in overtime. Logan Couture had a goal and an assist for the Sharks, Timo Meier picked up two assists. Kane has been quiet offensively since the start of December, but he's now scored in back-to-back games, and he's already close to matching his last month's points tally (6). The Sharks have done a bit better lately as well, so Kane should be able to up his production in January.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
