6 years agoSan Jose Sharks left wing Evander Kane reached 200 career goals with a two-goal effort on Saturday, helping the team beat the Tampa Bay Lightning 5-2. Brent Burns had three assists in the game, while both Erik Karlsson and Timo Meier dished out two helpers. Nikita Kucherov was a minus-four and saw his 12-game point streak end. Kane has been mostly underwhelming this season after hugely impressing as a Shark at the end of 2017-18. He has 14 goals and 29 points in 43 games. 11 of the points have come since Dec. 16, so Kane has finally picked up some momentum and he could have a big second half of the season thanks to that.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
