6 years agoDetroit Lions defensive end Ezekiel Ansah (shoulder) underwent an MRI exam that didn't show a significant injury. He's now hoping to play in Week 2 against the 49ers, according to a source. Ansah did manage a sack in the first half last Monday against the Jets before leaving the game. His return is essential to the Lions generating some sort of pass rush on opposing quarterbacks.
