2 years agoThe Atlanta Falcons cut running back Qadree Ollison on Tuesday, according to a league source. The former fifth-round pick led the team in rushing touchdowns (four) in his rookie season in 2019, so he'll likely receive calls from interested teams now that he's on the open market. With the 25-year-old out of the picture in Atlanta, Damien Williams, rookie Tyler Allgeier and Avery Williams will be competing for backfield touches behind Cordarrelle Patterson in 2022. In his three seasons with the Falcons, Ollison had 44 carries for 158 yards (3.6 yards per tote) and five touchdowns, adding only five catches on eight targets for 19 yards receiving.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
