4 years agoAtlanta Falcons defensive tackle/end John Cominsky (undisclosed) was placed on the league’s reserve/COVID-19 list Saturday, making him the second Falcon to hit the list this week. Despite his designation, Cominsky does not necessarily have to have tested positive for the virus, and there is currently no reason to believe that the Falcons/Vikings contest scheduled for Sunday is in danger of not occurring. Cominsky has been lightly utilized this season along the Atlanta defensive front, but his loss will further zap the depth of a unit that shouldn’t be on fantasy managers radars in any case. Check back ahead of kickoff to confirm that Atlanta will be taking the field Sunday despite the designations.--Jesse Borek
