Falcons Ink KhaDarel Hodge To One-Year Deal
3 years agoThe Atlanta Falcons signed free-agent wide receiver KhaDarel Hodge to an undisclosed one-year deal on Friday. Hodge should primarily help the Falcons on special teams, but he'll also add much-needed depth to a depleted receiver corps due to the year-long suspension of Calvin Ridley and the departure of Russell Gage. He had a career-high 13 catches on 27 targets for 157 yards and no touchdowns in 16 games (one start) for the Detroit Lions last year. The 27-year-old began his career in 2018 with the Los Angeles Rams, and has also played for the Cleveland Browns. In his four NFL seasons, Hodge has only 30 receptions for 430 yards and no touchdowns in 55 games (two starts).
