6 years agoMinnesota Twins right-hander Fernando Romero picked up his third win of the season on Sunday as he held the Los Angeles Angels to two earned runs in five innings of work. Romero struck out five and walked two in the ballgame. The win improves Romero's record to 3-2 with a 3.92 ERA, 1.35 WHIP, and 39 strikeouts in 41 1/3 innings of work. Romero has cooled off slightly since he made his MLB debut on May 2 but he's still shaping up as a solid fantasy contributor. He'll look to keep it up in his next start which will come against the Cleveland Indians.--Matt T - RotoBaller
