6 years agoSan Diego Padres shortstop Fernando Tatis Jr. (hamstring) is at least a week away from returning. The 20-year-old rookie is currently in Arizona rehabbing and is currently running at “75 percent.” Tatis has been shelved since April 28 with a strained left hamstring. The Friars top prospect was off to a sizzling start to his career, slashing .300/.360/.550 with six homers, 27 runs-plus-RBI and six steals in 111 plate appearances. Although he seems close, eager Padres fans and fantasy owners will have to wait a bit longer.--Andrew Le - RotoBaller
