4 years agoSan Diego Padres shortstop Fernando Tatis Jr. (shoulder) suffered a left shoulder subluxation while swinging at a pitch on Monday night, according to The Athletic's Dennis Lin. Tatis fell to the ground after a swinging strike three, and left the game shortly after with trainers. He will be re-evaluated on Tuesday, and there is no word of how long this could keep him out. However, it is worth noting this could cost Tatis a significant amount of time, looking at the example of Adalberto Mondesi who suffered a shoulder subluxation in 2019 that caused him to miss nearly six weeks late in the year.
