Fernando Tatis Jr. Launches 26th Homer
3 years agoSan Diego Padres shortstop Fernando Tatis Jr. finished 2-for-3 with two runs scored while smashing his 26th homer Wednesday against the Cincinnati Reds. Tatis helped mount the Friars comeback in a rain-shortened victory with a leadoff shot in the third frame. Through 266 plate appearances, the 22-year-old star is slashing .300/.387/.705 with 16 steals and 117 runs-plus-RBI to supplement the power output. Arguably, he's the most valuable offensive fantasy player as we approach the midpoint of 2021.
