Fernando Tatis Jr. Returns With A Bang

3 years agoSan Diego Padres shortstop Fernando Tatis Jr. went 4-for-4 with a home run, steal, two doubles and two RBI Wednesday against the Colorado Rockies. Making his return from the COVID-19 list, Tatis wasted no time from the cleanup position, singling and swiping a bag in his first at-bat before launching a two-run tater in his second plate appearance. He doubled in his final two efforts to conclude the monster afternoon. Despite two stints on the IL, Tatis has handsomely rewarded fantasy managers with a .270/.339/.620 slash, 10 long balls, eight steals and 40 runs-plus-RBI in 112 plate appearances.
