4 years agoSan Diego Padres shortstop Fernando Tatis Jr. went 2-for-4 with two runs scored and a two-run homer Sunday against the Oakland Athletics. Tatis’ 15th dinger in the seventh inning proved to be the difference in the 5-3 victory as the 21-year-old continues to mash. Finishing the three-game series with five hits including a pair of long balls and doubles, Tatis is slashing .311/.398/.665 with 82 runs-plus-RBI and seven steals to accompany the round-trippers. Absolutely crushing with an awesome batted-ball profile, he’s the front runner for the NL MVP.--Andrew Le - RotoBaller
