3 years agoLas Vegas Raiders tight end Foster Moreau (abdomen) was limited in practice for the second straight day on Wednesday. Moreau played 98 percent of the offensive snaps in the blowout loss to the Kansas City Chiefs last week, so we think he'll be fine to play this Saturday against the Cleveland Browns. Starter Darren Waller (back, knee) hasn't practiced or played since Week 12 and is looking likely to miss yet another game this weekend, so Moreau will have TE2 streaming appeal in deeper leagues and DFS against the Browns. Moreau scored a touchdown earlier in the year when Waller was sidelined due to injury, but he's caught just four of nine targets for 47 yards in the last two games, giving him limited fantasy upside.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
