4 years agoWashington Nationals starting pitcher Jon Lester, catcher Alex Avila, outfielder Kyle Schwarber and second baseman Josh Harrison will not be available if the Nationals begin their season in the next few days, according to Maria Torres of The Athletic. Torres adds that none of these players have been identified as either testing positive or simply being in quarantine due to being a close contact. Regardless, they will be out for the short-term if the Nationals start playing this week, which provides some clarity for managers setting lineups.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
