Four Straight Multi-Hit Games For Asdrubal Cabrera
6 years agoNew York Mets second baseman Asdrubal Cabrera had gone ice-cold for a bit, failing to pick up hits in five consecutive games from June 10 through June 15. Over his last five games, though, he’s been the exact opposite. Cabrera is now on a five-game hitting streak, with the latest effort being a 2-for-4 finish with a double, one run scored, two RBI and a walk in a 10-8 loss to the Colorado Rockies on Wednesday. He’s now picked up multiple hits in four straight games, his longest such stretch of the season. With multi-position eligibility on most platforms, Cabrera is a sneaky fantasy asset when he’s playing like this.
