3 years agoNew York Mets catching prospect Francisco Alvarez has been selected to play in the 2021 MLB Futures Game over the MLB All-Star Break with the Mets third base 21-year-old prospect Brett Baty. Alvarez, 19, is the Mets top MLB Pipeline prospect and is slashing .328/.457/.599 with eight homers and 31 RBI across two levels so far in 2021. As one of the top-ranked catchers in the minors, he should be rostered in all dynasty formats.
