Francisco Lindor Homers On Tuesday
4 years agoNew York Mets shortstop Francisco Lindor went 2-for-3 with a home run and two runs scored in Grapefruit League action on Tuesday against Houston. For Lindor, who was off to a slow spring start, the HR was his first of the spring and he is now hitting .227 in 22 spring at-bats. Lindor had a down year in 2020 while slashing .258/.335/.415 with just eight home runs and 27 RBI. That said, expectations are high for him in 2021. Hitting in the potent Mets' lineup, Lindor should be a five-category stud and one of the first two shortstops off of draft boards heading into 2021.
