Francisco Lindor Not In Lineup Wednesday
3 years agoNew York Mets shortstop Francisco Lindor isn't in the lineup on Wednesday for a matchup with the San Francisco Giants and right-hander Johnny Cueto. Lindor is batting .225 with a .322 on-base percentage, 11 home runs, and eight stolen bases in 368 plate appearances this season. The Mets will shift Javier Baez to shortstop with Jeff McNeil starting at second base. Baez is batting fifth while McNeil is hitting third. Fantasy managers with Baez on their roster should start the middle infielder against Cueto. However, if you're looking for a streaming option at second base, you're probably better off looking elsewhere as McNeil is hitting .247 with a .322 on-base percentage this season. The veteran has also added six home runs and two stolen bases in 323 plate appearances.
