6 years agoCleveland Indians catcher Francisco Mejia suffered a right foot contusion and was forced to leave Tuesday's game. He was hit by a pitch in the eighth inning, but he was able to walk off the field on his own power. He'll probably need a day or two off for swelling to go down, but it doesn't seem like there was any long-term damage done. He's one of the top prospects in baseball and should be up in the big leagues at some point in 2018.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
