6 years agoSan Diego Padres outfielder Franmil Reyes collected two knocks and a walk Sunday against the Texas Rangers. The rookie slugger has quietly enjoyed a monster second half, hitting .328 with nine bombs since August. With only one hitless game since August 25, Reyes has raised his slash to a solid .276/.329/.519 to accompany 15 homers in only 231 plate appearances. His midseason development at the dish has made him a serviceable fantasy asset in deeper leagues and DFS.
