6 years agoSan Diego Padres outfielder Franmil Reyes smashed a pair of homers in Tuesday’s victory against the Atlanta Braves. Reyes added a double and finished the evening 3-for-4 with three RBI. The multi-homer game was Reyes’ second in seven games and he now has eight long balls to go with a .232/.286/.561 slash and 23 runs-plus-RBI. Reyes is amongst the major league leaders in barrels per plate appearance (12.3 percent) and fly ball/line drive exit velocity (97.7 mph), so the results should follow as his .185 BABIP increases.
