Freddie Freeman Blasts 23rd Homer Of Season
6 years agoAtlanta Braves first baseman Freddie Freeman did it all on Wednesday afternoon. The 29-year-old was 3-for-3 with a home run, three RBI, a walk, and a stolen base in a 7-3 win over the St. Louis Cardinals. The All-Star has multi-hit performances in seven of his last 11 games. Freeman is now slashing .311/.390/.509 on the season with 23 homers, 92 RBI, 10 stolen bases, and 92 runs scored. He has been one of the best bats in the National League for the entirety of 2018 and remains a must-start every single time he takes the field.
