Freeman was absent from Tuesday's lineup due to inflammation in his surgically-repaired elbow, but Anthopoulos reiterated that the injury is not a long-term concern. The Braves are taking a cautious approach to the injury, so they can ensure that their star first baseman is ready for Opening Day.
