3 years agoAtlanta Braves first baseman Freddie Freeman cracked a tie-breaking solo home run during the sixth inning in a 2-1 victory over San Diego on Tuesday. He also added a single, going 2-for-4 in the contest. The Villa Park, California native now has 22 dingers with 55 RBI in 345 at-bats. Freeman keeps getting better and better as the season progresses, recording 22 hits in his last 54 at-bats. In his past 21 games, the first baseman carries an impressive .427 batting average with six home runs. Fantasy managers who have Freddie Freeman in their lineup should be pleased with the progression he has made as the season continues to move forward.--Andrew Lennox - RotoBaller
