Freddie Freeman Smacks Fifth Homer On Wednesday
4 years agoAtlanta Braves first baseman Freddie Freeman was 1-for-3 with a two-run home run during the second half of Wednesday's doubleheader with the New York Yankees. That was all the offense the Braves needed, as they held on for a 2-1 win. The 30-year-old has been on a tear as of late, slashing .404/.508/.750 with three homers and 10 RBI over his past 15 games. Freeman is as consistent as they come in fantasy circles and will continue to spearhead the Braves' lineup for the remainder of the season.
