2 years agoMilwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Freddy Peralta (lat) said on July 9 that he feels good enough to pitch in a major league game "tomorrow." "Everything is going really good. To be honest, I wasn't expecting to feel this good at this time," said Peralta, who simulated multiple innings in his most recent bullpen session on Friday. Skipper Craig Counsell hasn't given a timeline for Peralta's return but said August was within play. The 26-year-old right-hander is slowly ramping up and will need at least several minor league rehab starts before he's reinserted into Milwaukee's starting rotation in the second half of the season. Peralta has been out since late May with a strained right lat, but he should remain stashed in all fantasy leagues.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
