2 years agoMilwaukee Brewers starting pitcher Freddy Peralta (lat) said on July 9 that he feels good enough to pitch in a major league game "tomorrow." "Everything is going really good. To be honest, I wasn't expecting to feel this good at this time," said Peralta, who simulated multiple innings in his most recent bullpen session on Friday. Skipper Craig Counsell hasn't given a timeline for Peralta's return but said August was within play. The 26-year-old right-hander is slowly ramping up and will need at least several minor league rehab starts before he's reinserted into Milwaukee's starting rotation in the second half of the season.
