4 years agoMiami Marlins first baseman/outfielder Garrett Cooper is dealing with a minor groin injury, according to manager Don Mattingly. It explains why Cooper hasn't been mixed into the starting lineup in a few days. Cooper is off to a somewhat slow start, batting just .205/.300/.318 while splitting time at first base and the corner outfield spots.
