6 years agoMiami Marlins outfielder Garrett Cooper went 2-for-4 with a walk during Tuesday's win over the Giants. The 28-year-old struck out looking in the bottom of the first but turned things around, drilling a 414-foot, three-run homer off of reliever Nick Vincent in the sixth. Since hitting his first career home run during the team's series against the Detroit Tigers, Cooper now has three over his last seven outings in addition to eight RBI during that same span. With the Marlins having now won their last eight of 11 games, Cooper's fantasy stock could rise if Miami can continue to get runners on base.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
