4 years agoNew York Yankees catcher Gary Sanchez has scuffled during the early part of the 2020 season, but after having collected his first homer Thursday, his power may be beginning to come around. He faces Rays left-hander Blake Snell on Friday, whom he has gone 5-for-19 against in his career with 11 strikeouts. But while Snell has made the slugger swing and miss with frequency, when Sanchez has connected, he has gone deep four times. Season-long owners are likely going to wait out Sanchez’s slump regardless, but DFS players can consider the Yankees’ backstop Friday with an eye toward his past successes.--Jesse Borek
