5 years agoNew York Yankees catcher Gary Sanchez and first baseman Luke Voit are not in the team's lineup Wednesday. It should be a standard off day for both, including Voit's first day off since returning from his sports hernia last week. Austin Romine is catching and batting eighth while Edwin Encarnacion takes first base batting cleanup with Mike Ford the designated hitter batting fifth. Also, Brett Gardner is leading off for the first time since August 17. The Yankees face Lance Lynn of the Texas Rangers, but that short right field porch is always a factor. Any left handed hitter, especially Gardner leading off, are viable DFS play options in slates that feature this 6:35 game.--Nathaniel Green
