Gavin Lux Exits With Apparent Hamstring Injury
3 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers shortstop Gavin Lux (hamstring) exited Sunday's game in the top of the ninth inning with an apparent hamstring injury, according to Bill Plunkett of the Orange County Register. Lux was seen grabbing at his left hamstring while running out of the box on a groundout in the top of the ninth, and was only able to hobble part way down the line before he exited the game with a trainer. Chris Taylor moved from second base to shortstop in the bottom of the ninth inning to replace Lux. Managers should stay tuned for updates on Lux's condition coming soon, but it appears that he could be facing a potential IL stint.
