3 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers utility player Gavin Lux was recalled from Triple-A and will bat seventh and play left field on Friday against the visiting San Diego Padres. The 23-year-old spent an 85-game stretch at the big-league level while several of LA's big guns were on the injured list but rode the bench for five straight games before being reassigned. Lux is hitting .221/.302/.340 on the season and cooled off significantly before being sent down, so fantasy managers don't need to invest time in him.--Chelena Goldman
